Justice Goracke
Operations Manager

Justice Goracke joined Integrated WealthCare in the summer of 2024 as the firm Operations Manager. He brings extensive experience from both the private and public sectors, having developed and implemented new policies, procedures, training programs, and performance standards. Justice also has a strong background in improving internal office procedures and managing international projects.
Transitioning into the financial services field in 2021, Justice worked as a financial advisor, gaining valuable insights into financial planning and client management.
At IWC, Justice leads the operational integration and cohesion across all departments and oversees the administrative supervision across all offices. His role includes providing direct administrative support to firm leadership, as well as managing projects related to customer service, process improvement, revenue growth, and marketing. Justice collaborates with team members across five offices to ensure a seamless client experience.
Behind the title
Outside of work, Justice cherishes time with his wife, Virginia, and their two daughters. His weekends are filled with family trips to the farmer’s market, adventures on playground slides, and the highs and lows of supporting his beloved Washington D.C. sports teams.
